While making the dry assembly, this is the best time to take measurements for the back panels. Then the back panels are cut to their final width and length.
As I did for the panel doors of the lower cabinets of the huches, I’m using a molding head cutter on my tablesaw to mill the beads. I also use a dedicated shopmade insert.
To adjust the cutters, the bottom of the gullet must be flush with the tablesaw top.
Finally, I center one of the cutters on the pencil mark, then set the rip fence accordingly.
