the_leg Today we are going to model the legs of the Shaker Stool. Modeling the legs requires close and careful attention to the compound angles and the off axis planes you will be working with. Pay close attention to details such as how construction lines are placed. We will model this leg much like you would turn it on the lathe. It will be longer than needed until we cut it to size to sit on the floor and trim them flush with the seat. Again I will demonstrate this modeling effort in a video.
