THE HOLE IN THIS DONNAY BALL IS 3/8 INCH! THIS IS A SOLID CORE UNLIKE SOME BALLS THAT HAVE RUBBER IN THEM!!.WHICH IS NOT SAFE TO DRILL AS THEY ARE MORE PRONE TO EXPLODING.THE SPANNER SHAFT IS 3/8 INCH. THE ENDS OF THE SPANNER ARE 1 INCH OVERALL OPEN END AND 3/4 INCH OVERALL RING END.THIS TOOK UNDER AN HOUR TO PER-FECT.JUST DID IT TO SEE IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DO.AND IT WAS..AS ALWAYS I TRY TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE.IF YOU DONT TRY ?YOU WILL NEVER KNOW????
