We’ve just posted two positions – one to conceive of, acquire and edit woodworking books; the other to conceive of, storyboard, direct, film and edit woodworking videos – for the Popular Woodworking community, reporting to the content director (that’s me).
If you have a passion for and solid knowledge of woodworking (along with the skills particular to each job) and live in or are willing to relocate to the Greater Cincinnati area, I’d love to hear from you. Click on the links above to read the job descriptions and to apply.
p.s. We also have an opening in the woodworking community for an online editor position, reporting to the eMedia group. For that position – because it deals with online stuff – you can be located anywhere our parent company has an office (you’ll find that list under “Location” on the corporate site).
Here are some supplies and tools we find essential in our everyday work around the shop. We may receive a commission from sales referred by our links; however, we have carefully selected these products for their usefulness and quality.
You should cold call “chop with chris!” heis fom Cincy.
If I was the EIC, I would have a hard time not deleting the comment.
The job sounds interesting, but a long commute from Iowa.
I enjoy the magazine and the blogs. Thanks Megan.
Eric
I know 3 great guys that could do the jobs really well. Their names are Bob, Glen, and Chuck.
But I think they have better things going on right now, so don’t hold yor breath
