THESE ARE SOME OFF CUTS I HAVE WHICH I HAVE GLUED TOGETHER.NOW THEY ARE DRIED I WILL MAKE SOMETHING FROM THEM NOT SURE WHAT AS YET!! BUT ONCE I HAVE MADE SOMETHING WHICH COMES TO MIND WILL SHOW YOU NEXT TIME. THESE ARE RUSSIAN PINE / ENGLISH OAK / AND  AFRICAN MAHOGANY. THEY ARE CUT  3/4 WIDE X 3/16 AT RANDOM LENGHTS.USED THE TABLE SAW TO DO THESE.WHEN I HAVE OFF CUTS OVER I NORMALLY PUT THEM IN A BIN,THEN WHEN I HAVE TIME I JUST CUT THEM TO THESE SIZES AND ALTERNATE THE TIMBERS WHEN I GLUE THEM TOGETHER.I LEAVE TO DRY IN SECTIONS OF 12 STRIPS UP TO 24 STRIPS WIDE.ALL AT RANDOM LENGHTS DEPENDING WHAT LENGHTS I HAVE LEFT. ONCE THEY ARE READY I THEN BEGIN TO MACHINE THEM THEN SAND AND FINISH OFF BY WAXING. IDEAS ARE UNLIMITED AS TO WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM THESE. SO IS THE DIFFERENT TIMBERS THE MORE VARIOUS TIMBERS THE BETTER. BUT I ONLY HAD THESE 3 OVER FROM A JOB.SO NEXT TIME YOU HAVE TIMBERS OVER KEEP THEM AND CUT THEM DOWN  INTO STRIPS. YOU ALSO MAY COME UP WITH AN IDEA OF WHAT TO MAKE FROM YOUR OFF CUTS.?
