ByrdcliffeOpenrerOne of my favorite projects is the Byrdcliffe Linen Press that I built for the April 2006 issue of Popular Woodworking Magazine. It’s one of the 14 project articles included in my new book “Classic Arts & Crafts Furniture: 14 Timeless Designs”. When the original article was published, we posted full-size patterns for the sassafras leaves on the doors online.

We’ve upgraded the magazine website several times since then, and while the patterns are still available, the route to find them has more than a few twists and turns. Unfortunately when the book was being edited, an incorrect link was included.

If you print them out at full scale on legal size paper, you’ll be one step closer to reproducing the doors.
