Great video, informative and interesting. I had read how wood was quarter-sawn, but the sectioned piece of log was very helpful in visualizing the process. Wish I had such a lumber store in my area!

Good job, guys, keep up the good work.

Those stickers on the boards at FML drive me nuts! Otherwise a fun place to go, thanks for the video….

Very well done and explained. I have been working with wood for 25+ years and this is the frist time I have seen anyone use a small log and take it apart. Works well to show the quarter sawn oak. Thanks and keep up the good work. Dick

Every new woodworker should see this video. Not everyone lives in a city where you have a yard that deals in woodworkers needs. It heps to have this educational reference.

Next time lets see how the logs are cut, dried, and sorted.

Most informative video, explains a lot I was unsure of regarding quarter sawn wood.
